For the past two decades, Lisa has been the go-to team member for patients and a spunky, fun spark of joy in the office! She loves seeing patients leave happy and with a smile on their faces, whether they just received a smile makeover, or this was the first time they had a fear-free visit to the dental office. Over her 20+ years of experience, she has gained an immense amount of knowledge as well as hands-on training with equipment that makes her expertise unmatched.
Lisa’s parents and her three brothers all live in Florida, while she and her teenage son Brandon live here in Jersey. Brandon has a big passion for football and hopes to keep pursuing it after graduating high school—and Lisa supports him every step of the way. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her son, cook, clean, go to the gym, and she absolutely loves the beach! An interesting fact about Lisa is that she’s an incredibly optimistic person who always tries to make the best of any situation.
Irma has worked in the dental field for 40+ years, with nearly half of that time being spent right here at SN Family Dental Center Newark. She completed her dental assisting training at Cayetano Heredia University. Irma loves helping advise her patients on how to improve the health and function of their smiles and answer any questions they may have.
Irma lives in Bloomfield with her two children, Andy and Diana, and her husband. Irma is famously known as the baker of SN Family Dental with her infamous Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
Alexus is part of the welcoming team you’ll find at SN Family Dental Center in Milltown. Her favorite part of her job is being able to work alongside a highly capable team who’s dedicated to making sure every patient leaves the office happy and in great health.
She attended the American Institute and has been working alongside dentists for several years learning the ins-and-outs of procedures.
Vanessa completed her studies at the Dental Studies Institute, where she earned hands-on and classroom knowledge about all things dental-related. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is being able to take care of patients and have them tell her what they’re experiencing so she can work with the dentist to solve the problem. She also loves learning more about the dental field every day!
Vanessa considers her family the most essential part of her life, and she hopes that one day, they can be together again. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and dancing. She’s the type of person that’s very committed whenever she’s interested in something.
With over 40 years of experience as a dental technician, Cheo brings a rare level of skill and craftsmanship to our team. Originally from the Dominican Republic, he takes great pride in his work—carefully designing and fabricating restorations that help patients smile with confidence.
Cheo’s deep understanding of dental materials and attention to detail have made him a trusted expert in the field. His dedication shows in every case he handles, combining artistry with precision to ensure outstanding results.
A certified dental lab technician with hands-on experience at Dandy, Firdavs brings a wealth of expertise to our in-house lab.
With a strong background in digital design and case finishing, he specializes in crafting precise, high-quality restorations. From 3D designing and milling zirconia to ensuring a flawless finish, Firdavs combines technical skill with an eye for detail to deliver exceptional results for our patients.
His addition allows us to provide even faster turnaround times and maintain the highest standard of accuracy — all within our office.
