Hector brings over 20 years of experience as an Office Manager, with a strong track record in overseeing daily operations, team coordination, and practice performance. His background includes managing schedules, improving workflows, and ensuring that both front and back office teams operate efficiently to meet production and patient care goals.
With a focus on organization and accountability, Hector is dedicated to maintaining a structured, high performing environment. His experience allows him to support the team, streamline operations, and help drive consistent growth while ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff.
Irma has worked in the dental field for 40+ years, with nearly half of that time being spent right here at SN Family Dental Center Newark. She completed her dental assisting training at Cayetano Heredia University. Irma loves helping advise her patients on how to improve the health and function of their smiles and answer any questions they may have.
Irma lives in Bloomfield with her two children, Andy and Diana, and her husband. Irma is famously known as the baker of SN Family Dental with her infamous Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
Vanessa completed her studies at the Dental Studies Institute, where she earned hands-on and classroom knowledge about all things dental-related. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is being able to take care of patients and have them tell her what they’re experiencing so she can work with the dentist to solve the problem. She also loves learning more about the dental field every day!
Vanessa considers her family the most essential part of her life, and she hopes that one day, they can be together again. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and dancing. She’s the type of person that’s very committed whenever she’s interested in something.
Mallory brings a strong background in both dental operations and customer care, making her a valuable addition to the front office team. With hands-on experience in patient scheduling, communication, and workflow coordination, she understands how to keep the schedule organized while ensuring each patient feels taken care of from the first call to check-out.
Her attention to detail and ability to guide patients through the scheduling process help create a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and providers. Mallory is focused on maintaining a well-structured schedule, minimizing gaps, and supporting the team in delivering consistent, high-quality care.
